The e-delivery of Government services is in accordance with Special conditions and terms of service for e-delivery are explained in this document.

If a user does not adhere to any of the Terms and Conditions of Use, then, in the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, MpOnlineDigital Ltd shall have the right to cancel all such user registrations and to cancel all or any of the Services requested by you at any time without notice. Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of applicable law and to the legal processes of Government of Madhya Pradesh. Nothing in this Agreement shall prejudice the right to comply with any law enforcement request or requirement relating to usage of this Portal, or any information provided to you by or on behalf of MpOnlineDigital Portal. This Agreement is entered into between: MpOnlineDigital operated By AYUSHI COMMUNICATION The User whose details are provided in the MpOnlineDigital portal User Creation page.
Payment Option.
The available payment options include internet banking, debit card payment,UPI and credit card payment from the listed banks. It is important to note that in addition to the government fee for each service, there will be additional charges for bank or payment gateway transactions. If a transaction is unsuccessful, an automatic refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
At MPOnlineDigital.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, you may request a refund within 24 hr of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support at mponlinedigital3@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return request.
Termination Policy
We also have the discretion to terminate or temporarily suspend your access to the MPOnlineDigital Portal without prior notice or reason.
